Job summary

INDIGO Group, a global leader in parking and mobility, seeks a Senior finance transformation professional to define and harmonise the Group's Finance Core Model across multiple countries. You will work with IT and business teams to standardise processes, data and tools.

Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you will coordinate international deployments, ensure compliance, and drive change management in a multinational environment. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Management or Information Systems.
10 years of experience in Finance transformation or ERP projects.
Excellent knowledge of financial processes such as accounting, management control, treasury and consolidation.
Ability to connect Finance business challenges with information systems.
Experience with international environments and fit-to-standard approaches.
Fluent English in professional contexts.
Recognised analytical ability and cross-functional leadership.
Ability to bring multidisciplinary teams together.
Experience designing and deploying a multi-country Finance Core Model.
Experience with ERP implementations and deployments.

Responsibilities

Define, document and develop the Group’s Finance reference model (processes, management rules, data and tools).
Govern the Core Model by analysing, arbitrating and prioritising change requests from business teams and subsidiaries.
Coordinate deployment of the model across Group entities, supporting scoping, testing, go-live and change management.
Ensure the quality, compliance and performance of financial processes and data.
Coordinate an international network of Finance and IT contacts and promote Group standards and best practices.
