Job summary

GEODIS INTERSERVICES recherche un Chef de Projet Finance & Procurement pour piloter des projets de transformation, coordonner les équipes métiers, data et IT et assurer le respect des délais et du budget.

Le candidat idéal possède un BAC+5 et au moins 5 ans d'expérience en pilotage de projets financiers ou achats dans un contexte international, avec d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles, et une maîtrise de l'anglais.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in finance or procurement.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• PM certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Définir le périmètre, les objectifs et les livrables en collaboration avec les sponsors et les principales parties prenantes (Product owner, experts métier, équipes Solution & IT, Data, etc.), selon la méthodologie GEODIS.
• Élaborer des plans de projet détaillés, des calendriers et des budgets et suivre l’avancement selon le cadre de gouvernance.
• Diriger des équipes transverses et assurer une communication efficace au sein de l’équipe.
• Préparer et présenter les rapports d’état et les présentations aux parties prenantes.
• Identifier les risques et développer des actions d’atténuation.
• Gérer, si nécessaire, les changements de scope, délais et coûts en présentant des scénarios pour prise de décision.
• Collaborer avec le programme manager Finance & Procurement et les parties prenantes IT pour mettre à jour la roadmap du programme.
• S’assurer que les projets sont livrés à temps, dans le périmètre et le budget.
• Maintenir de solides relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et au partage des meilleures pratiques.
• Le Project Manager peut gérer plusieurs projets.

Project Manager – Finance & Procurement H/F

The Project Manager is a direct report of the Programme Manager in the Finance & Procurement transformation team. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects (including move to RUN preparation) according to the planning agreed and within budget. This role coordinates internal resources (Business, Data and IT) and external resources for the flawless execution of projects and ensures that all objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with sponsors and main stakeholders (Product owner, business experts, Solution & IT teams, Data team, ..), following GEODIS project methodology.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, track project progress following an defined governance framework
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among the team.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation actions.
• Manage, if required, changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate decision forum and providing the adequate level of description of scenarii to take decision
• Work with the Finance & Procurement program manager and IT Key strakeholders to update the global Programme Roadmap (Finance and procurement), when needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with main stakeholders (internal & external)
• The Project Manager is expected to constructively challenge the project methodology to contribute toward continuous improvement and Best practice sharing.
• The Project Manager could manage more than one project. This list of project could evolve to adapt to the activities, context, and organization.

You have Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field and you already have successful work experiences on a project similar in size, complexity and strategic importance, preferably a finance or procurement transformation in international context : Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in finance or procurement processes. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Tenacious, autonomous and ability to be agile and to adapt to a variety of stakeholders with different professional or cultural backgrounds. analytical skills and ability to quickly assess a situation or a problem and propose decision based on facts. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite. Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus. Fluency in English and English (other language skills are an advantage).
