Job summary

Joko is seeking a Finance Manager for Finance Operations (Financial Control & Accounting) to own the reliability and completeness of financial information. The role reports to the COO and drives the closing calendar, accounting standards, and calendar controls across multiple geographies.

You will partner with a BizOps colleague to automate processes and support the company’s AI-driven finance ambitions as Joko scales beyond 200 employees globally.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in accounting or audit (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Master's degree from a top business school; double degree in accounting is a plus.
• Deep understanding of French GAAP and treasury fundamentals.
• IFRS exposure is a plus; international multi-entity expansion experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and annual closing calendar with external accounting partner and auditors.
• Ensure accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Oversee AP/AR end to end, invoicing and collections.
• Lead international accounting build-out for new entities and markets.
• Manage cash, reconciliation, and day-to-day treasury; interface with banking partners.
