Joko is building the future of cashback and monetization. We are seeking an Operations Manager to own processes that ensure millions of users receive the cashback they are owed.

You will analyze data, design processes, and leverage AI and internal tools to automate and improve performance. You will manage outsourced resources and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in Operations, Product, or technical/data-driven environment.
• You genuinely believe in what AI can do and already use it to automate repetitive parts of the job.
• Think in systems: monitoring → detection → investigation → resolution → prevention.
• Comfortable in a technical environment—tracking, APIs, integrations, and conversation with Engineering.
• Data-driven and comfortable navigating dashboards, investigating anomalies, making metric-based decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot flaws others miss.
• Clear written and verbal communication with demanding stakeholders including merchants and outsourced teams.
• Education from a top-tier engineering or business school; international experience and a double degree are a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; mastering French is not required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data and build dashboards to monitor system health and rewards accuracy.
• Design merchant onboarding settings: cashback rates, qualifying purchases, and system integrations.
• Solve problems with technology: automate with AI, improve Retool tools, or create outsourcing playbooks when needed.
• Manage outsourced resources: brief, train, and ensure quality of work across teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to implement fixes.
