Houlihan Lokey in Paris offers an internship within our Capital Solutions group, focusing on private equity liquidity needs. You will work alongside senior professionals, help evaluate financing alternatives for sponsors and investors, and participate in deal teams from pitch to close.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a Master’s program (finance/management), fluent in French and English, with strong analytical skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program with a focus on finance or management

Responsabilités

• Assist with evaluating and structuring financing alternatives for private equity sponsors and institutional investors
• Gain hands-on deal experience from initial pitch through closing
• Prepare marketing and diligence materials for secondary transactions
• Support transaction execution, manage virtual data rooms, track buyer interactions and client communications
• Coordinate buyer due diligence in competitive auctions
