Qualifications

• Private equity fundraising experience in placement agent or investor relations.
• Experience in investment banking or transaction services.
• Strong work ethics and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork is essential and creative problem solving is encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic advice on positioning alternative asset brands in the market for competitive advantage.
• Produce core fund marketing documentation (investor presentations, DDQ, etc.).
• Manage fundraising processes, including investor tracking and client communication.
• Complete due diligence materials in response to inquiries from potential fund investors.
• Originate new opportunities, including meeting potential clients and producing pitch materials.
• Select new mandates through extensive due diligence as part of a rigorous internal process.
