Houlihan Lokey, Inc. in Paris is seeking a 6-month off-cycle intern in Capital Solutions, Secondary Advisory. You will work closely with senior professionals and gain exposure to private equity secondary transactions.

Responsibilities include assisting with evaluating financing alternatives, preparing marketing and diligence materials, and supporting deal execution, data rooms, and client communications. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program focusing on finance or management.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Pro-active and resourceful attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects with organization.
• Solid understanding of private equity fundamentals and deal structures.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Motivated, team-oriented with strong work ethic and curiosity.

Responsabilités

• Assist with evaluating and structuring customized financing alternatives for private equity sponsors and institutional investors.
• Gain hands-on transaction experience by playing an integral role on deal teams from the initial pitch through closing.
• Prepare marketing materials and buyer diligence materials for LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions.
• Support the transaction execution process, including management of virtual data rooms, tracking buyer interactions, and coordinating due diligence.
• Coordinate multiple projects with a senior team in a fast-paced environment.
