In Tandem, the parent company behind OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall and Custody Navigator, is hiring an Analytics Engineer (Finance & Modeling) who will own metrics, reporting and forecasting that underpin our financial decisions.

You’ll work on a live dbt Databricks finance mart, build governance metrics, automate monthly reporting, reconcile transactions across stores and ledgers, and develop cohort revenue projections to inform CFO forecasts and board reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data science, BI engineering or advanced analytics.
• Experience shipping statistical models into business processes: forecasting, survival or cohort analysis.
• Ability measure lift from a price change or growth experiments and interpret results.
• Experience with subscription metrics (ARR/MRR, renewal, churn, LTV/CAC, or cohort revenue).
• Strong SQL and real dimensional modeling; designed marts, not just queried them.
• Proficient in Python and Git daily.

Responsabilités

• Own governance metrics definitions and tests in the finance mart; wire into the agent for direct querying by Finance.
• Automate recurring finance reporting and retire Tableau views; enable scheduled runs.
• Reconcile transactions across apps, payment processors, subscriptions and ledger with automated checks.
• Develop cohort and revenue forecasting; provide LTV and retention projections for CFO forecasts and board reporting.
• Ship models as scored tables in dbt/Unity Catalog with tests and lineage.
