Jobgether is seeking a Middle FP&A Analyst based in France to own financial reporting and business analytics across a large part of the organization.

You will lead budgeting and rolling forecasts, build financial models, and work with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Accounting to turn data into actionable insights. The role emphasizes ownership, automation, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles, ideally in IT/SaaS or fast-moving environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency (complex formulas, QUERY, pivot tables).
• Ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.
• Strong ownership mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Experience with SQL and AI-powered tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly management reporting packages with P&L and cash flow analysis.
• Own budgeting and rolling forecasts across functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models for existing and new directions.
• Automate reporting processes and dashboards.
• Monitor key KPIs in Delivery and Sales impacting revenue/profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Accounting to translate data into recommendations.
• Support month-end close and related processes.
