In Tandem is seeking an Analytics Engineer (Finance & Modeling) to own metrics, reporting and reconciliation across OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall and Custody Navigator. You’ll build forecasting and modeling layers on top of a Databricks dbt project and empower Finance with automated insights.

You’ll work on governance of ARR, renewal, churn, and LTV/CAC, and collaborate with a small team to turn data into decision-ready answers. Strong SQL, Python, and Git are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data science, BI engineering or advanced analytics.
• Strong SQL and real dimensional modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and Git on a daily basis.
• Experience with forecasting, cohort analysis or propensity.

Responsabilités

• Own metrics, reporting and reconciliation across OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall and Custody Navigator.
• Forecasting and modeling for finance, including LTV and CAC insights.
• Develop tests and ensure data quality and defensible definitions.
• Collaborate with finance to automate recurring packs and dashboards.
