OurFamilyWizard, part of In Tandem, is seeking an Analytics Engineer (Finance & Modeling) to own metrics, reporting and reconciliation across four brands. Remote work from Paris with €55k–€70k yearly compensation, and a focus on forecasting and modeling for CFO reporting.

You’ll work on a live dbt/Databricks stack, build governance, and enable Finance to ask questions directly via an internal AI agent. This role blends analytics, engineering and cross-brand collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data science, BI engineering or advanced analytics.
• Statistical modeling shipped into a business process: forecasting, survival or cohort analysis, or propensity.
• Measuring the lift from a price change or a growth experiment, able to read and value results.
• Subscription metrics built and defended to a finance stakeholder: ARR/MRR, renewal, churn, LTV/CAC, or cohort revenue.
• Strong SQL and real dimensional modeling; designed marts, not just queried them.
• Python and Git as daily habits.

Responsabilités

• Own the metrics, reporting and reconciliation our financial decisions rest on.
• Turn subscription and transaction data into numbers the business can defend.
• Forecasting for finance: cohort subscriber and revenue projection and renewal forecasting.
• Models ship as scored tables in dbt and Unity Catalog with tests and lineage.
