Sistech is hiring a Finance & Administration Manager based in France to own cashflow, budgeting, accounting and compliance across three entities in France, Italy and Greece. You will manage payroll and tax in the French system, coordinate external accounting firms, and prepare financial reporting for boards and funders, while enabling a sharp, scalable admin function to support growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance and administration with ownership of budget and cashflow in a multi-entity context.
• Solid knowledge of the French administrative system: payroll, social contributions, tax, compliance.
• Numbers-driven and able to delegate rather than doing everything alone.
• Comfort with legal texts and ability to automate and simplify processes.
• Fluent in French; comfortable using English daily across three countries.

Responsabilités

• Cashflow, budget and accounting across three entities, collaborating with external accounting firms.
• Financial reporting for the Board, General Assemblies, and funders.
• Financial management of EU-funded projects: eligibility, audit trail, reporting to lead partners.
• Finance setup for upcoming commercial activity: client invoicing, VAT, and distinctions between lucrative vs non-lucrative.
• Legal and governance administration: compliance across three entities, contracts, Board and GA paperwork.
• Coordination with external providers (accountants, banks, auditors, payroll firms) and HR administration.
