Sistech is hiring a Finance & Administration Manager based in France to own cashflow, budgeting, accounting and compliance across three entities in France, Italy and Greece. You will manage payroll and tax in the French system, coordinate external accounting firms, and prepare financial reporting for boards and funders, while enabling a sharp, scalable admin function to support growth across Europe.

Since 2018, we have supported 980 women from 50+ nationalities across France, Italy and Greece, with 70% reaching positive outcomes. As we grow across three countries and diversify how we are funded, our finance and administration need to become sharper, more structured, and more autonomous.
We are hiring a Finance & Administration Manager to own that: cashflow, budget, accounting, compliance and administration across our three entities.
This role requires real familiarity with the French administrative system (payroll, social contributions, tax), since you will be based in France and our French entity is the core of our administration. You will also work across our Italian and Greek entities through external providers, and own our cashflow and budget forecast.
This position is open only to candidates with EU citizenship or equivalent legal authorisation to work, and who are based in France. The role is offered under a permanent employment contract.
Compensation includes a gross annual salary of €41,000 and benefits such as meal vouchers, commuting support, healthcare, remote working indemnity, and a work laptop. Compensation is location based, taking into account local cost of living, taxation, and job market conditions.
