Job summary

Lazard Ltd is seeking an Analyst to join its Financial Institution Group (FIG) in Paris. You will build complex financial models, perform valuations, and support deal execution for global clients.

The role requires a Master's degree in Finance or equivalent, 6 months+ FIG experience, and fluency in French and English. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, and Mergermarket are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Prior experience in financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance, banking, etc.).
• Minimum 6 months experience with a top-tier player in the FIG sector.
• Excellent command of office software (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Skills in corporate finance (financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling).
• Knowledge of databases (Mergermarket, FactSet, Bloomberg) and AI tools.
• Fluent in French and English.
