Cytek Biosciences is seeking self-motivated Field Service Engineers in France to install, troubleshoot and maintain Cytek instruments at customer sites. You will manage technical needs and provide high-quality service while traveling regularly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Life Sciences, 2+ years in service of Life Science equipment, and fluency in English and French. Expect a full-time position with significant travel and customer-facing responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or other technical field.
• 2+ years experience troubleshooting and repairing Life Science equipment and/or integrated systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document handling.

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and repair flow cytometers and Cytek products.
• Professionally manage customer technical needs and deliver service excellence.
• Maintain records of inspections, site visits and service activities.
