Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in science/medical/clinical field.
• Strong Flow Cytometry knowledge with immunology/hematology background.
• Leadership and cross‑functional team management experience.
• Ability to implement and track KPIs and influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; French preferred for customer communication.
