Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a West & North Field Applications Manager to lead Flow application support across France, UK, Netherlands and Sweden. The role is fully remote in France and reports to the EMEA Flow Cytometry Application manager, driving KPIs and stakeholder alignment.

You will manage regional teams, influence strategic decisions, and build partner/customer relationships while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent with 3+ years in Science/Medical/Clinical field.
• High level knowledge in Flow Cytometry with background in Immunology and hematology.
• Leadership and Team Management experience.
• Experience leading regional or cross-functional applications teams.
• Ability to implement and track impactful KPIs to drive performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-impact regional team dedicated to providing Flow application support to West and North Markets.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to align application strategies with business goals.
• Lead support in key markets to build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
