Job summary
Cytek Biosciences in France is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to visit customer sites to install, troubleshoot and maintain Cytek instruments and equipment. You will manage on-site service, perform repairs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while coordinating travel across France.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing life science equipment.
- Experience with electrical or mechanical repair is preferred.
- Basic biology understanding related to flow cytometry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- English and French fluency is required.
- Experience in Flow Cytometry repair is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and repair flow cytometers and related Cytek products.
- Manage customer technical needs while delivering service excellence.
- Maintain regular visit schedule and accurate records of service activities.
- Identify customer needs and contribute to product improvements.
- Coordinate field service visits and set customer expectations.
- Complete Field Service Reports and related documentation within 48 hours.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Learn new technologies and develop troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
