Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce in Lyon is seeking a Team Lead, Field Sales to coach and grow our outbound sales squad. You will partner with the Senior Manager, Outbound to mentor the team, drive regular coaching cycles and help hit monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.

You will analyse pipeline metrics, support outbound initiatives, and collaborate with Partnerships, Inbound, Implementation and Marketing to strengthen customer journeys and market reach.

Qualifications

• Coaching or leading a sales team.
• B2B sales experience in technology, fintech or related fields.
• Proven ability to close and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Data-driven decision making and performance metrics awareness.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Thrives in a competitive, dynamic, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Manager, Outbound, to mentor, motivate and develop the team.
• Provide regular coaching, training and feedback to help team members grow their sales careers.
• Help the team consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Analyse pipeline and performance metrics, identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
• Support outbound initiatives that improve team performance and market reach.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Inbound, Implementation and Marketing to strengthen our customer journey and ways of working.
• Help grow the Lyon team’s culture, operating rhythm and local market presence.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members as the team grows.
