Wandercraft is seeking a customer-facing specialist to lead the deployment and customization of robotic solutions from POC to full deployment. You will adapt R&D modules for customer needs, work closely with Product and R&D, and travel frequently within France and internationally to sites such as factories and warehouses.

The role emphasizes understanding operational constraints, delivering robust deployments, and providing training and documentation to customer teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma: Engineering degree or equivalent (mechanical, electrical, software, robotics, or related fields).
• Strong multidisciplinary technical background with a hands-on, field-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• At least 4 years of proven experience or strong exposure to industrial environments (factories, logistics sites, warehouses).
• Willingness to travel extensively in France and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Pre-sales support: assist demos and technical discussions with customers and align demonstrations with real use cases.
• Industrial understanding & field analysis: visit sites to understand operations and translate observations into requirements.
• Customization: configure and adapt software and hardware modules to customer needs and environments.
• Deployment: install and commission robotic systems on industrial sites and train customer teams.
• Customer interface: serve as main technical contact throughout pre-sales, deployment and post-deployment.
• Knowledge sharing & continuous improvement: document field learnings and share insights to improve products and processes.
