Wandercraft is seeking a customer-focused Operations engineer to implement and customize robotic solutions from POC to full deployment. You will adapt R&D modules for each customer, working with product and R&D teams and traveling across France and abroad.

You will lead on-site assessments, configure systems for industrial environments, and deliver training and documentation to customer teams. Strong communication in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma: Engineering degree or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, software, robotics, or related fields.
• Hands-on, field-oriented mindset with multidisciplinary technical background.
• Experience or exposure to industrial environments (factories, logistics sites, warehouses).
• Willingness and availability to travel extensively in France and internationally.
• Excellent communication skills; translate field needs into clear technical requirements.
• Professional level of English and French.

Responsabilités

• Support pre-sales activities including demos and technical discussions.
• Conduct on-site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Translate field observations into technical requirements.
• Configure and adapt software and hardware modules to customer needs.
• Install and commission robotic systems on industrial sites.
• Deliver technical training and documentation to customer teams.
• Act as main technical contact throughout pre-sales, deployment and post-deployment.
• Document field learnings and share insights to improve processes.
