You will drive data‑driven analysis, coordinate with Engineering, Field Quality, and dealers, record issues with high‑quality data, and visit fleets to restore uptime and confidence. This role requires HV knowledge and involvement in launches and training.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of vehicle electrification technologies and high‑voltage electrical systems.
• Previous experience in similar roles.
• French High-Voltage (HV) certification preferred; working safely on HV components and systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical guidance in case of complex high‑priority or unresolved issues, with a diagnostics focus.
• Visit strategically selected fleets and customers to address issues and restore uptime.
• Record complex field issues with complete, high‑quality data and identify root causes.
• Escalate critical issues to Engineering, Field Quality, and Product Support with evidence; support field action implementation.
