Job summary

Travel >50% to fleets and customers is required, with a focus on restoring uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience: at least 3 years in automotive sector.
• Availability to travel: >50% time expected on work trip.
• Nice to have: INCA/MDA and Canalyzer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced diagnostics and practical guidance for complex high-priority issues.
• Escalate and document critical field issues with complete technical data.
• Support the introduction of corrective actions in the field and validate containment solutions.
• Deliver on-site and cross-functional support, collaborating with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Visit fleets/customers periodically to ensure issue resolution and uptime.
