APTIM is seeking a Project Manager to support design-build construction projects at the Alabama Port Authority in Mobile, AL. This field office role requires leadership in initiation, planning, monitoring, and close-out, coordinating with terminal operations and various contractors.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years in technical project execution with 5+ years in PM, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and strong writing and organizational skills to manage scope, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical project execution experience, with 5+ years in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent report writing, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to acquire TWIC and Alabama Port Authority access badge.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control the project per policies and requirements.
• Develop detailed estimates, schedules, WBS, risk and contingency assessments, and PM plan for project implementation.
• Manage several projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with McDuffie Terminal Operations General Manager and Maintenance General Manager to align activities and schedules.
• Oversee multiple contractors, vendors, and project oversight personnel.
• Provide leadership and coordination for all project team members.
• Monitor contractor safety and quality programs.
• Manage project close out with cost/schedule reconciliation and records archiving.
