Stantec's Tallahassee office seeks a Project Manager, Site / Civil Engineering to oversee site development, municipal utilities, parks and federal facilities projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relations, and drive design and delivery from concept through construction.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality control, and leadership within a hybrid work model, with some travel and ongoing business development responsibilities across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering design experience with emphasis in land development/site development.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Hybrid work schedule available, minimum 3 days in the office.

Responsabilités

• Execute project delivery and direct supervision over staff on projects.
• Lead, coordinate, and delegate proposal, contract, administration, and project management efforts.
• Collaborate with internal disciplines and sub-consultants.
• Professional engineering design and project oversight including QA/QC.
• Infrequent travel to support teams in other offices.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced staff.
