Applied Industrial Technologies, PCI division, is seeking a Team Manager to deliver excellent service to PCI clients, lead and mentor associates, and maintain profitability. The role requires coordinating with customers, managing resources, and ensuring safe, compliant project execution.

You will engage with account stakeholders, develop proposals, monitor KPIs, and participate in professional organizations. Travel up to 25-50% may be required.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field with leadership experience.
• Experience leading client-facing projects and teams in a technical environment.
• Ability to develop and mentor associates and manage performance reviews.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and optimize resource scheduling to maximize labor utilization.
• Lead internal and client meetings, reporting on progress and risks.
• Provide routine KPI reporting and manage project deliverables.
• Develop proposals and justify resource needs for scope of work.
• Discuss PCI service offerings with clients and expand value delivered.
• Conduct associate PRP reviews and guide long-term career goals.
• Ensure timesheets and project codes are accurately recorded.
• Manage projects to minimize risk and profitability concerns.
