Mercor in Paris is seeking a pragmatic Field Marketing Specialist to help design and pressure-test high-fidelity simulated environments used to evaluate AI agents on real marketing work. You will craft briefs, artifacts, and criteria that reveal the planted issues and the correct decisions a strong practitioner should reach.

You will specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for realistic tasks, and write or review reference answers and success criteria.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in field marketing or events.
• Comfortable with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience building AI training environments or simulated case studies preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification preferred.
• Clear written reasoning is important

Responsabilités

• Design task briefs drawn from real field marketing or events work, including what is tested and the decision needed.
• Specify the documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for realistic tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and the criteria that separate strong responses from plausible ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standard.
• Contribute to QA, reconciliation, and orchestration across multiple tools
