Obsidian is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate AI agents on real marketing work. You will help design and pressure-test Field Marketing environments, including briefs, artifacts, judgment criteria and potential errors a strong practitioner would avoid.

We value hands-on field marketing or events experience, proficiency with Salesforce and project trackers, and the ability to articulate clear, structured reasoning as you design tasks, dashboards and reference answers

Qualifications

• Hands-on field marketing or events experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and project trackers (Asana/Linear).
• Experience building AI training environments or RL scenarios.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification preferred.
• Clear, structured written reasoning is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Design task briefs from real field marketing work, including what is being tested.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas and tool states.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria.
• Review AI agent attempts against the defined standards.
