Mercor is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate AI agents in real marketing tasks. You will design task briefs, specify the documents, dashboards, personas and tool states needed for realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities include writing or reviewing reference answers, defining judging criteria, and assessing AI agent attempts against your standards. You should bring hands-on field marketing experience and comfort with CRM and project trackers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in field marketing or events.
• Comfortable in a CRM such as Salesforce and a project tracker such as Asana or Linear.
• Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is strongly preferred.
• Clear written reasoning — articulate why a decision is right.

Responsabilités

• Design task briefs drawn from field marketing or events work, including what the task tests and the decision expected.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for realistic tasks.
• Write or review the reference answer and the criteria to separate strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standard.
