Obsidian is seeking a hands-on Field Marketing designer to help build high-fidelity simulated work environments for evaluating AI agents in marketing tasks. You will craft task briefs, select required documents and tool states, and define success criteria.

You will review AI agent attempts, judge performance against rubrics, and participate in end-to-end orchestration across CRM, project trackers, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in field marketing or events.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project trackers (Asana/Linear).
• Experience building AI training environments or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is strongly preferred.
• Clear written reasoning and ability to explain decisions.

Responsabilités

• Design task briefs drawn from real field marketing work, specifying the test and the decision.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against the standard.
• Handle tasks across diagnosing, prioritizing, planning, QA, triage, research, reporting, and cross-tool orchestration.
