Experience Level: 4-8 Years

Netrio is a fast-growing global managed IT services firm changing the way small to mid‑market enterprises think about technology’s role in driving innovation, efficiency and growth. We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager who can create and execute highly targeted, localized marketing programs that fuel pipeline growth and accelerate revenue generation. The individual in this role will build and execute a robust field marketing strategy across key regions, leveraging in‑person events, content marketing and digital communications to support sales and partner enablement. This role will drive alignment between marketing and sales through localized campaigns, regional events and partner activations, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for pipeline generation and acceleration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional field marketing programs, including executive briefings, customer dinners, lunch‑and‑learns, and roadshows.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales and channel leaders to localize campaigns, identify key accounts and align priorities.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end logistics, vendor coordination and execution of field events that support demand creation and account expansion.
  • Support partner co‑marketing programs, including joint events, co‑branded campaigns, and the effective use of Market Development Funds (MDF).
  • Build close relationships with channel partners to drive attendance and lead conversion at field events.
  • Create alignment between channel, sales and marketing teams to ensure unified messaging and execution.
  • Connect field activities with broader marketing campaigns to create a seamless customer experience across channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure effective pre‑event promotions, registration tracking, and post‑event follow‑up using HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Provide the sales team with tailored messaging, follow‑up sequences and local content to drive pipeline from field engagements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline and closed‑won attribution.
  • Continuously optimize field programs based on feedback, ROI analysis and market trends.
Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing for B2B technology companies or IT services firms.
  • Demonstrated success in executing field campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and support sales goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with sales, channel, and marketing colleagues.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel 15–20% depending on the event calendar.
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot for managing event communications, workflows, and lead nurture.
  • Experience working with channel partners, co‑branded events and MDF programs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for building impactful, regionally tailored programs.
