Outsight is looking for a Field Application Engineer to support the deployment of their Spatial Intelligence Platform solutions in public places. This role involves serving as the primary technical contact, managing installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through training and feedback management.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, alongside proficiency in Linux systems and solid IT fundamentals. The company offers a collaborative working environment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role with project ownership and client-facing support.
• Ability to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software solutions.
• Willing and able to travel for on-site deployments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary technical contact for deploying solutions.
• Lead product installations and manage customer feedback.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver onboarding training.
• Generate new sales opportunities and assist sales team.
• Collaborate with other teams providing valuable input.
