Outsight is seeking a Field Application Engineer in the Customer Delivery team to serve as the customer's primary technical contact for deploying the Spatial Intelligence Platform in public spaces and smart infrastructures. You will lead product installations and manage feedback for a seamless end-to-end deployment.

You must have a Master’s degree in engineering, 3+ years in a similar role, fluent English, strong Linux skills, and solid IT networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in a similar role with project ownership and client-facing responsibilities.
• Proficient in Linux systems with the ability to deploy, configure and troubleshoot software.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and autonomous problem solving in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and solid IT/networking fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary technical contact for deploying Outsight solutions in public spaces and smart infrastructures.
• Lead product installations and manage customer feedback to ensure a seamless end-to-end deployment.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, contributing to product improvements and training materials.
• Deliver onboarding and training to customers and support cross‑team collaboration with sales, marketing, and product.
