Professional background

Preferred contributors have at least three years in US defense/federal service or reporting, as uniformed personnel, civilians or both. Bring personal authorship of recurring leadership updates, status or accomplishment reports, situation reports, after-action analysis or budget-execution reporting.

Operations, plans, headquarters staff, program management, executive support and resource management are relevant backgrounds. The federal-writing profile additionally favors US location, familiarity with official style requirements, responsible handling of restricted information and use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Breadth across services, combining input from several teams and explaining how a report was constructed are valuable. Only authorized, nonrestricted material may be used in IXO work.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

Pay $45 $85/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
