IXO is seeking a remote contributor to craft realistic, standards-aware writing exercises for AI systems using US federal reporting formats. You will assemble prompts, input documents and exemplar responses for recurring and ad hoc tasks, producing weekly reports and executive summaries.

Deliverables include decision briefs, memos and spreadsheet summaries. You will write scoring rubrics, assess generated outputs and refine exercises to preserve meaningful differences across branches and styles.

Qualifications

• Three years or more in a relevant role with direct experience preparing standard staff reports and executive communications.
• Experience producing and reviewing PowerPoint briefings, memos, Excel summaries and other procedural documents.
• Remote opportunity for US-based contributors; familiarity with federal terminology and reporting expectations is central.

Responsabilités

• Assemble prompts, input documents and exemplar responses for recurring and ad hoc reporting tasks.
• Create weekly activity reports, situation reports, after-action reviews, executive summaries and performance reporting examples.
• Prepare supporting decision briefs, memoranda, action-officer updates, presentations and spreadsheet summaries as needed.
• Write scoring guidance to assess factual completeness, tone, format and adherence to reporting standards.
• Assess generated reports and explain weaknesses in writing and discussion.
• Refine exercises and rubrics while preserving meaningful differences between branches and reporting styles.
