Job summary

JLL in Paris is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee client site operations on-site in Paris. You will coordinate with the Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal and IT to deliver top-tier FM services and manage supplier relationships.

The role requires 4+ years in FM or customer service within a large corporate setting, and fluency in French and English. Some travel to client sites monthly is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in facilities management or customer service within a large organization.
• Experience managing facilities contracts and supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of EU facility legislation and governing bodies.
• Quality assurance knowledge and experience preferred.
• Fluency in French and English required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IFM matters and client property management.
• Liaise with client's administrative stakeholders to ensure IFM delivery and high standards.
• Procurement of goods and services for client buildings.
• Meet with Landlord regularly to ensure lease terms are fulfilled.
• Perform regular monthly site inspections.
• Oversee and manage vendors delivering daily office cleaning services.
• Oversee and ensure proper operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC and BMS.

Key Responsabilities

• Communicate with Site Leadership team (Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.)
• Serve as the primary Point of Contact for all IFM matters and property management for the client
• Liaise regularly with client's administrative stakeholders including site leads, receptionists, administrators, and office managers to ensure comprehensive IFM delivery and maintain high property operational standards
• Procurement of goods and services for client buildings
• Conduct regular meetings with Landlord to ensure lease terms are fulfilled (e.g., external maintenance, central plant management
• Perform regular monthly site inspections
• Oversee and manage vendors delivering daily office cleaning services
• Oversee and ensure proper operation and maintenance of building systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and BMS

Your Profile

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Facilities Management or customer service within a large commercial organization
• Proven experience managing facilities contracts and supplier/contractor relationships
• Knowledge of EU Facility legislation and governing bodies
• Quality Assurance knowledge and experience preferred
• Fluency in both French and English required
• Willingness to travel to client sites monthly
