About the Role

We are looking for a Facility Engineer to support data center (IDC) infrastructure operations.

This role focuses on power, HVAC, and facility systems, ensuring high availability and stability of mission-critical infrastructure. You will work in a fast-paced, on-site environment supporting large-scale data center operations.

• Perform on-site facility operations (5×8) and provide support during incidents outside working hours if required
• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure systems (power, HVAC, low-voltage systems)
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure system stability and availability
• Respond to incidents following EOP (Emergency Operation Procedures) and ensure timely resolution
• Review and execute MOPs (Method of Procedure) for maintenance and changes
• Manage infrastructure monitoring, capacity, and availability to improve operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and restore services quickly
• Maintain accurate infrastructure data and documentation
• Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in data center or facility operations
• Basic knowledge of power systems, HVAC, and electrical infrastructure
• Familiar with data center operations and monitoring systems
• Ability to work on-site and respond to incidents when needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work across cross-functional and international teams
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in English communication (Chinese is a plus)
• Candidates must have valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided)
• This is an on-site role in a data center environment
• Availability for after-hours incident response is required
