Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Facility Asset Manager to oversee asset and service management for maintenance programs, lifecycle replacement, and cost control across US retail stores.

You will lead asset analysts, coordinate with vendors, and drive enterprise alignment with store operations. The role requires strong leadership, experience in asset management, and collaboration across multiple teams to optimize spend and ROIC.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7 years in Construction, Big Box Retail, Asset Maintenance Analysis or CMMS experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily oversight and management of asset and service programs for maintenance and lifecycle replacement across US retail locations.
• Lead and develop a team of Facility Asset Analysts to meet corporate targets and department goals.
• Collaborate with Directors and Retail Facility Manager to ensure enterprise alignment and effective vendor performance.
• Develop annual expense and capital budgets for asset and service management, including spend monitoring and reporting.
• Review vendor performance and drive corrective actions and contract enhancements as needed.
