Jobtailor is seeking a technical operations professional to ensure the smooth running of store facilities across multiple sites. You will manage maintenance interventions, coordinate building works, and uphold ERP regulatory compliance.

You will inspect stores, prioritize interventions, and liaise with contractors and store managers to ensure safety, accessibility, and asset integrity.

• Ensure operational continuity of stores by managing maintenance interventions and building works.
• Oversee renovations or restorations, schedule interventions, and monitor progress to handover.
• Inspect stores to maintain real estate asset condition and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain regulatory compliance for ERP buildings, organize inspections, and address non-conformities.
• Serve as local technical contact, coordinate contractors and report on department activities.

Description du poste

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational continuity of our stores by managing maintenance interventions, building works, and regulatory compliance for public-access buildings (ERP).
• Oversee building works: identify needs for layout, renovation or restoration, schedule interventions, coordinate external contractors, monitor project progress and check quality until handover.
• Ensure the good condition of real estate assets: perform regular inspections of stores, identify technical issues, prioritize interventions, follow corrective actions and ensure the availability of equipment and premises.
• Manage regulatory compliance for public-access buildings (ERP): prepare safety committee reviews, organize mandatory inspections, track the resolution of non‑conformities and support stores in meeting obligations related to fire safety, accessibility and installation compliance.
• Act as the local technical contact: support store managers, coordinate various stakeholders (contractors, project managers, technical partners), provide regular reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of the department's methods and tools.

Requirements

• Degree Bac+2 to Bac+5 in building construction, maintenance, civil engineering or technical operations.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in multi-site maintenance, property asset management, facility management or retail environment.
• Proficient in managing service providers and coordinating works.
• Good knowledge of regulations applicable to public-access buildings (ERP).
• Autonomous, organized and responsive.
