Jobtailor is seeking a technical operations professional to ensure the smooth running of store facilities across multiple sites. You will manage maintenance interventions, coordinate building works, and uphold ERP regulatory compliance.

You will inspect stores, prioritize interventions, and liaise with contractors and store managers to ensure safety, accessibility, and asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance across multiple stores or locations.
• Knowledge of ERP regulations and public-access building standards.
• Ability to coordinate external contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive problem solving.
• Autonomous, structured and responsive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operational continuity of stores by managing maintenance interventions and building works.
• Oversee renovations or restorations, schedule interventions, and monitor progress to handover.
• Inspect stores to maintain real estate asset condition and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain regulatory compliance for ERP buildings, organize inspections, and address non-conformities.
• Serve as local technical contact, coordinate contractors and report on department activities.
