Danone is offering a 6-month internship in Paris (January 2027 start) to support Executive Talent activities. You will assist with recruitment, leadership programs, performance processes, and data integrity while gaining exposure to executive development projects at a global consumer–goods company.

The role requires a Master’s student, strong English, autonomy, and teamwork, with the chance to learn in a dynamic, multinational environment at the Paris headquarters.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree starting January 2027 for a 6‑month internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious about Danone products and brands.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the Executive Talent cycle: recruitment, postings, internal mobility.
• Support development of future executives through leadership programs.
• Assist with Executive Talent and Performance processes: Talent Reviews and Succession Planning.
• Ensure data quality with the Talent Analyst: hires, departures, diversity metrics.
• Support executives with onboarding, development initiatives, and learning programs.
