Danone in Paris offers a 6-month internship within the Danone Academy starting January 2027, focusing on designing learning solutions and guiding the global learner community.

You will support instructional design, program coordination and LMS outputs, with up to 2 days of remote work and a gross monthly compensation of €1,300–€1,500. The program includes benefits like company restaurant and Navigo pass reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Available from January 2027 for a 6-month duration.
• Pursuing Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering.
• Strong organizational, autonomous and rigorous working style.
• Comfortable with Excel and has an affinity for accounting/financial concepts.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the design of learning solutions at the group level (eLearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs).
• Manage the Danone Academy community of colleagues and learners worldwide.
• Provide ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and inquiries.
• Create communication approaches for learning programs to promote them within the group.
• Support learning managers in instructional design and project management.
• Lead LMS outputs: translate learning solutions, tracking, evaluation reporting, and insights for decision-making.
• Support execution and coordination of learning programs (on-site or virtual).
• Proactively explore data usage in the system for better action plans.

• Participation in the design of learning solutions at the Group level (eLearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.).
• Managing the Danone Academy community of colleagues and learners worldwide to enhance Danone's learning solutions.
• Providing ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and general learning inquiries.
• Creating communication approaches for our learning programs to promote them within the Group.
• Supporting learning managers in instructional design and project management.
• Leading LMS output processes: translating learning solutions, tracking, evaluation reporting, and preparing insights for informed decision‑making with diverse stakeholders.
• Supporting execution and coordination of learning programs (on-site or virtual).
• Proactively searching for new ways toutilizedata in the system for better and more informed action plans.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
• Name qualities (e.g. organized, rigorous, and autonomous)
• Comfortable with Excel, you have an affinity for accounting and financial concepts
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
