Danone is offering an internship at its Paris headquarters starting January 2027, with a 6-month duration. You will work under the Global Culture team, guided by Dinara Yarulina, and contribute to culture development initiatives while gaining exposure to cross‑department collaboration.

The role emphasizes Excel proficiency and comfort with accounting/financial concepts, with a flexible work model (up to 2 days remote) and a monthly gross stipend of €1,300–€1,500 plus restaurant benefits.

Qualifications

• Available from January 2027 for a 6-month internship.
• Enrolled in Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school.
• Comfortable with Excel and financial concepts.
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments.

Responsabilités

• Execute Culture Development Roadmap 2026.
• Analyze data from Company Surveys.
• Work on creation of toolkits for Culture Development.
• Organisation of Community Meetings and internal communication.
• Help in preparation of Master-Classes and Info Sessions.
