Danone in Paris invites a six-month internship in learning and development at its headquarters starting January 2027. You will work with the Danone Academy team to design learning solutions, manage the global learner community, and support program tracking across regions.

You should be Bac+4/5, organized, rigorous and autonomous, with comfort in Excel and an interest in accounting concepts. The role blends on-site collaboration with up to two days of remote work per week and offers a favorable

• Participation in design of learning solutions at the Group level (eLearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs).
• Managing the Danone Academy community of learners worldwide.
• Providing ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and inquiries.
• Creating communication approaches for learning programs to promote them within the Group.
• Supporting learning managers in instructional design and project management.
• Leading LMS output processes: translating learning solutions, tracking, evaluation reporting, and insights for decisions.

• Participation in the design of learning solutions at the Group level (eLearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.).
• Managing the Danone Academy community of colleagues and learners worldwide to enhance Danone's learning solutions.
• Providing ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and general learning inquiries.
• Creating communication approaches for our learning programs to promote them within the Group.
• Supporting learning managers in instructional design and project management.
• Leading LMS output processes: translating learning solutions, tracking, evaluation reporting, and preparing insights for informed decision‑making with diverse stakeholders.
• Supporting execution and coordination of learning programs (on-site or virtual).
• Proactively searching for new ways toutilizedata in the system for better and more informed action plans.

THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
• Name qualities (e.g. organized, rigorous, and autonomous)
• Comfortable with Excel, you have an affinity for accounting and financial concepts
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
