ABB E-Mobility is seeking a remote technical support specialist to diagnose and resolve incidents across our EV charging network. You will handle escalations from EMEA field teams, support installations, and monitor fleet health via cloud tools.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in technical support, a technical background in electrical engineering or IT, and fluent English and French. The role offers full remote or hybrid work in France with on-site travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Technical background with hands-on troubleshooting mindset.
• 2–3 years in technical support, maintenance or N2/N3 helpdesk.
• Fluent English and French in daily communication.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve incidents across EV charging network remotely.
• Handle escalations from EMEA field teams with SLA compliance.
• Support charger installation, commissioning and onsite interventions.
• Monitor fleet via cloud tools and trigger corrective actions.
• Create knowledge articles and document troubleshooting steps.
