ABB E-mobility is seeking a Remote Service Engineer to diagnose and resolve issues on charging infrastructure remotely, enabling field teams with clear guidance and proactive problem solving. The role emphasizes data-driven, evidence-based diagnosis and scalable service execution.

The position requires 2–3 years in service or remote support, strong electrical knowledge, and familiarity with Linux-based systems and charger software. Some travel within EMEA may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years of service/maintenance or remote support experience, preferably in EV charging.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and charger behavior.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on ABB E-mobility chargers remotely.
• Provide expert remote support to customers, field engineers, and service teams.
• Assist local teams across EMEA and globally with escalations and commissioning issues.
• Own SLA execution and document actions clearly to progress tickets.
