Crossley Scott in Aix-en-Provence is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale EV charging infrastructure projects across France and Western Europe, owning delivery from design through commissioning and ensuring safety, timeliness and budget compliance.

You will work with sales, engineering and customers, contribute to pre-sales design, and propose tailored charging solutions. Fluent French and strong English are required, with relocation to Aix-en-Provence encouraged.

• Engineering degree or equivalent.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate technical studies, planning, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Design charging solutions tailored to customer requirements during the pre-sales process.
• Produce technical proposals, cost estimates and project documentation.
• Act as the technical interface between customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality and risk management.
• Support continuous improvement through adoption of innovative digital technologies and AI-driven operational tools

An innovative and rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure company is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex charging infrastructure projects across France and Western Europe

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of large-scale EV charging infrastructure projects from initial design through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Working closely with sales, engineering and customers, you'll also provide technical expertiseduring the pre-sales phase, helping to design tailored charging solutions for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We're looking for someone with experience delivering complex electrical infrastructure or EV charging projects who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven project management experience within EV charging, electrical infrastructure, energy or major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of high-power EV charging systems.
• Knowledge of HV/LV electrical networks and associated regulations.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent French and strong English language skills.
