Powerdot is seeking a hands-on, highly autonomous Special Projects Coordinator to spearhead cross-functional initiatives across France and Belgium. You will own projects from problem definition through execution, delivering measurable results in a fast-growing, high-energy environment.

A first major focus will be supporting our response to cable theft, coordinating with internal teams and external authorities to ensure robust operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, autonomous project manager for cross-functional initiatives across France & Belgium.
• Owns topics from problem definition through execution with measurable results.
• Experience driving operational projects in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end with planning, execution and KPIs.
• Coordinate cable theft crackdown including material availability, field replacement and coordination with authorities.
• Design dashboards and reporting to update senior management.
• Improve processes, build automations, and reduce manual work across operations.
• Collaborate with Local Operations, Central Operations, Product, and Data to remove blockers.
