Powerdot is seeking a hands-on Special Projects Coordinator to drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives across France and Belgium. You will own projects from problem definition through execution, coordinating with operations, analytics, automation and product teams to deliver measurable results.

Bring 2–3 years of relevant experience, a strong automation mindset, and comfort working across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project manager with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, analytics, and product.
• Strong automation mindset to build scalable processes.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English; based in France.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end with planning, execution, deadlines, KPIs and reporting.
• Coordinate and automate core initiatives including cable theft mitigation and related operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and turn insights into concrete actions.
• Build processes, automations and tools to reduce manual work and improve visibility.
• Own project reporting and dashboards for senior management; collaborate with Data, Product and Local/Central Operations.
