MicroPort CardioFlow seeks a Head of Structural Heart to build and lead the European SH business unit. You will design the organization, recruit a TAVI-focused team, and shape distributor-to-direct models across Western and Eastern Europe.

You will own the P&L, craft annual plans, forecast performance and advance country entries, while ensuring compliance with MedTech Europe Code and clinical collaboration with cardiology centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Structural Heart commercial leadership with direct TAVI experience.
• Proven track record building a business unit and opening new countries/centres.
• P&L ownership at regional level.
• Experience managing distributors and transitioning markets to direct/agent models.
• Established relationships with European TAVI implanters and heart-team KOLs.
• Fluent English and at least one other major European language.

Responsabilités

• Design and staff the European SH business unit with required roles (distributor/channel managers, clinical and procedural specialists, and market-access support).
• Recruit, onboard and develop a team with TAVI competence; set operating rhythm and culture from day one.
• Define the distributor operating model: contracting, targets, training, and certification, inventory rules, and reviews.
• Own the European SH P&L; build annual operating plan, forecasts and country targets; report to the CCO monthly.
• Open and ramp implanting centres; proctoring plans and centre-level adoption tracking.
• Build the European KOL network for TAVI and LAA; represent the franchise at major European congress.
• Partner with Marketing and Market Access on launches, reimbursement, HTA and tender readiness; ensure compliance.
